Greg Heineman is the best real estate broker I have ever dealt with. He has an intuitive sense about people; in representing me as a buyer before walking into a new house he’d tell me what I would like about the house and what I wouldn’t. He was always right. He has the knowledge to know what the issues are and what your options are – such as what can be done to fix a problem, whether a wall would be easy to know down, etc. Most importantly he never tried to sell me on something he knew wasn’t right for me. He’d rather keep on looking – which brings up another of Greg’s attributes, he’s a tireless worker who responds promptly to phone calls and doesn’t delay in taking whatever actions are necessary to close a deal.
